Fees :
- Daily Rate : $150
- Hourly Rate : $30/hr (3-hr minimum)
What's Included :
60′ X 30′ outdoor seating area with (6) 8 foot picnic table and 2 private bathroom facilities.
Location :
Conveniently located across from Heatherland Recreation Park off of Madison Ave. in Garden Acres Mobile Home Park.
Hours :
Hours of availability are Sunday – Saturday 9am -9pm
Agreement :
A signed rental agreement with payment of the appropriate rental fee is required to hold The Pavilion. The agreement must be signed by the person who will be responsible for the building and rental fees; that person must remain on the premises during their reservation time. In case of cancellation, the rental fee less $50 will be refunded provided written notice of cancellation is received 30 days before the reservation date. If cancelled within 30 days of the reservation date, the rental fee is non-refundable. A refundable Security Deposit of $250 is required at the time the keys to The Pavilion are released to the renter. The Security Deposit will be returned to the renter provided there is no damage to the building or the grounds. Everything must be left clean.
